I've made a Join Us module after a suggestion of caos. This one uses security codes to avoid spam. It can send you an email after someone applies, that you can enable or disable. I started with the Multi gaming version after a request of crushedsouls. Thanks to him this theme turned out very well :D. Then I made some other headers, for GT5 and made a complete GT5 theme out of it. I hadn't seen a GTA4 theme either and since I like that game very much I made a GTA4 theme out of it aswell.
