Simple mod to add a default subject on all post replies

This will add an ability to have a user auto post every day a selection of Yahoo! News RSS feeds. Admin can select which user posts the news, and the news will be automatically posted once a day with no interaction from the selected user. Admin Note: Updated for BBtoNuke by CurtisH
