change the Font color, or the Background Color in the style.css of that script.

if it doesnt have a .css file, you will have to go looking through the code to find where the colors are defined.

then the layout is assigned to 'Classes' in which case, each class will need to be re-assigned a color, style, and font.

If your unable to fix it on your own, i recommend hiring someone to do it for you.
