Answer is 'Yes' you can rebuild and keep your data.. ( Well...MOST of it anyways )

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!

If by Clan Wars you mean Vwar system, you would keep 100% of that..

Conversion Script Keepers:
Forum Cats,
Forum Posts,
Default User Data ( Does not include addon user data like Xfire, Skype Exec ) those would be hit or miss if you can keep em
almost anything dealing with the forums but not including 'Topic Watch' data...

Things most likely Lost:
Groups,
Auc Colors,
Group Assignments
Exec....

( Most of these you wouldn't want to keep, on the basis of 'Core Code' functions might be configurable diffrently from what your moving from...

Again, this is kinda a generic answer to your question, as you havnet stated what version of nuke you intend on migrating to..
You will need to decide that before you really know what needs to be done or how difficult its going to be!
