Hey everyone

I wanted to do some advertising for clan themes on my site, but after i've added the images and clients etc, no adds show ?

Is it something to do with the theme ?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Hey Ped

Well i was going to try and add an advert thingo, like, it nuke comes with it, but when i add the client and banner and stuff, it doesn't work :S

I was just trying to add a few of your banners. I saw something similar (different though) on www.theperfectgeneral.com and thought that the block on the side could work, but i've no idea where to get it lol

So which way would you suggest ?

Well

where do you want the banner/image ?
what size is it ?
how many do you want to add ?

i need to really know that first, if you just wanted one image in a side block, then thats easy but if you wanted rotating banner images i would need to know the above AND

if you are using the banners module or the advertisement module Bad HAir Day

kk let me think

first of have you added any banners into the banners admin area ? if not you need to make a test client and add an image

then im sure there is some premade banner blocks so we can test its working correct

problem we have with the poxy banners module is it will only really show 1 add on your whole site..

do you not have the advertisement module installed ?

you could try this
http://www.nukescripts.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&op=getit&lid=2002
or

http://www.nukescripts.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&op=getit&lid=100466

im not sure what version of nuke you have ? with the advertisement module you can have more than 1 ad on your website you see Dont Know getting there slowly..

do you want me to jump onto your site and have a play ?

just PM me your FTP to your site and an admin login and ill take a look for you as ads can be a right pain in the backside ! LMAO

Some thing isn't right because your advertisement module wont show in the admin control panel (ACP)

have you ever seen the image for the advertisement module ?

i think i would get rid of 7.9 and use Ravens Distro http://ravenphpscripts.com/ before you go any further
