Hello again - this may be very simple to do but as i said am very new to this so any help at all would be appreciated i have found a great site that does flash clocks.

all you need to do is embed the code supplied with the clock - i have tried making a new block and embedding the code in to the html.

however the code just disapears and the block doesnt work - if i embed code in to content i just get loads of code sprawled over website.
can someone help please.

What version of nuke are you using tazong ?

if the html is disapering then it could be due to the version of nuke you have.

If you post the code here, i can make you a block real quick

What i wanted to know is when you have made the block - is it possible to still use that block but with another clock or diffent code to embed?
To be perfectly honest with you - i not sure what version it is - I have mostly only used dragonfly cms which i made my site with.The guys in my clan asked if i could try to spuce things up a little - which i am trying to do but my knowledge is not great with nuke.
I know i said this on another thread but i really do want to thank all you people for your help.
This is one of the mosp helpful and freindly sites i have been on.

yes you can, once the block has been made by Ped if you open it with dreamweaver or notepad you will see the embed coding just follow the coding and you will see where the new code has to go.

remember to always put it back into the *.ROOT.*/blocks folder when you have finished editing keeping the filename the same:

block-Clock.php or whatever it may be called.
