Floppy has released his topsite manager

I have always wanted the *[T3]* clan to be able to participate in as many topsites as possible. I just did not like the look and feel of all those images scattered all over the place. I also wanted the ability for some to be static ranks and some to be random. I think I have pulled this off with style.

1.0 release for nuke 7.6 and up
Module
Center Block
Side Scrolling Block
Installer Script
Language Support (English Provided)

Ability for Admins to count clicks out and so much more.
