I pay € 3,- p/m, for a Linux Medium Domain.
Space 500 MB and Traffic 2.000 MB.
Acces true Plesk and FTP.

Gonne give it one last try, cause im stuck with these guys till sep 2009.

Lets run this by you guys one more time:
1) Make a database in Plesk
2) Make a databaseuseraccount in Plesk
3) Make a e-mail adres in Plesk
4) Upload the contens of the HTML folder to HTTPDOCS with the help of SmartFTP
5) Then what... what files do I and don't I need to edit?

Oke Ive made an edit to the config.php file (databasename, databaseusername and password)

Then I read

"In your database, run the install.sql located in the html/install/data folder."

But how do I do this, I mean do I type this in my IE (as URL) or something?

CHMOD steps:

9. includes/HTMLPurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Decorator [757]

10. includes/HTMLPurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer [757]

11. includes/HTMLPurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer/HTML [757]

Are all folder not files right?

If this is so, Ive completed CHMOD... so whats next?

Edit or delete .htacces and .stacces from HTTPDOCS?

For now, Im gonna get me a Pint

What they mean by,

"In your database, run the install.sql located in the html/install/data folder."

Is to take that file and open your phpmyadmin and run it.

What i uaually do is I open the SQL file and highlight everything, and copy it, then I will open up my phpmyadmin and go to the DB where I am going to have it, and at the top there will be a tab called SQL, you click on it and paste the code in there and then at the bottom, I believe the button is called "Run". If you don't get any errors that come up after running it then you are all set.

Also, If those are the files it told you to CHMOD, and you did it, then your all set there.

Uploaded the install.sql into my database, and it now holds 138 ( somethings Dont Know

)

Think thats good... Embarrased

So whats next?

Do I run

www.s3o-hq.com/install.php or www.s3o-hq.com/admin/php

Plz let me know!

Btw got the acces code for my theme today Rolling Eyes

Delete the install file. then go to your site, you should see a message in the middle part.

If you have already manually did the Chmod, and the SQL install, then no.

Oke Ive got it working now, but dont dont know how

Been looking around and found an error:

Still got the evo.htacces and evo.stacces in there and didnt delete the 'evo' part.
All other files are NOT CHMODed... yet it works?!

But ill re-install after I DL my theme... so Im just gonna to the mess thing up. Thats way I can learn from my mistakes and do it right when im really gonna use it (in a few eeeks).

Drea if you would like to help)... plz register m8... ill give you rights so you can look around and help me find problems that need fixing.

Next up... uploading the Multi-T3 Evo Theme!

Got the DL yesterday and 1st impression is... WWOOOOWWWW Cool

Clan-Themes gave to 2 zip files, 1 with original theme and 1 with alot of Extra stuf (Banners, PSD files, Font style).

Now I have yet another question:

I read...

Quote:

Simply upload all the files inside the html folder of this zip to the root of your nuke. Since these are all new files there won't be any overwriting files that you already have, Activate the theme, and then if you wish to change the header link do so from your ATO panel

But what do they mean with all files?
May sound crazy, but do they mean the contence of the http folder (it holds 3x folders blocks, themes, tunes and a file called blueclock).

OR

Must I only upload the contence of the Multi-T3 Evo folder (located in http/themes/), that holds 3x folders and some files.
