Hi guys
Decided to rewrite the state flags MOD to show English counties
Also added Northern Irish, Scottish and Welsh flags that will display next to the UK flag
Changed the database name and all other variables so this MOD can be used with the state flags MOD
Its nothing special but I'm learning

No this just shows UK counties, the state flags is a seperate mod
