This should maybe be posted in another section but I'll answer anyways.
Depending on the module you have (I'm assuming you have the right one) in your PHP-Nuke admin section under modules you will see the donations mod. Click on it and from there you should be able to set the currency. I believe they have GBP, USD, CAD, Yen, Euro, and the Australian dollar as currencies.

I think there is a GBP version of the module here on clan-themes.
Just download that one.
