Hello guys.

I need some help with some forms.
I want to have forms on my php-nuke website.
The forms are for makeing a config.cfg for the Call of Duty series.
The forms are in php format.
But will not show the output of the forms.

well..taking a quick peek at this script...

it doesnt DO anything....yes it has files in it...but to operate as a module, its not even structured correctly to operate as such...

next, there is no case section to include or operate from the added files...so, basically its only going to display some information..

Where ever you got this script from..its incomplete....so there isnt much anyone can do to help you integrate it to your site.

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!
