A while back we had PED make us a custom theme. In the past week no one can log in because the security code will not render. Just a red X. The site has been fine and has never had any problems. I wouldnt believe its anything we have done, as we are noobs with website stuff and just dont change things. Is there a fix for this? Seems strange that this problem has just started. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Have you recently changed hosting providers? coz if so they may not have GD installed.
The reason i ask is because the link to your webpage (clicked on www under your first post) states that the provider is no longer running, so i assume you have changed provider.
Ped is currently on holiday till the 9th but he can reply and do minor edits and fixes etc
Any more info on this would help us all out in trying to help ya bro.

No we havent changed providers. That is our old website before Ped did our site, just havent updated my account info. Although if you will tell me what GD is ill check and see if it is installed?
I really dont have any new info, It just started happeninglast week. I thought it was just one of my members, but can to find out as members logged out they couldnt log in. I have tried mozilla, netscape and explorer thinking it was maybe a browser issue. But all browsers are effected.
There is one thing else the donation block isnt rendering the donation meter any more either... Maybe something of use?
Doc thanks for answering my post, if you can think of anythink it would be very very helpful!!
as for Ped, dont bother with this till you get back, enjoy your holiday man!!. But I sure could use your help when you do return... Have a great holiday.

I have uploaded analyze.php script, it shows that the gd library is present: this is what I get when I run analyze and gd library.
GD Version| bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support | Yes
T1Lib Support | No
GIF Read Support | Yes
GIF Create Support |Yes
JPG Support | Yes
PNG Support | Yes
WBMP Support | Yes
XBM Support | Yes
Thanks for all the help here. From my support tickert to host:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting our Help Desk!
The issue you are experiencing might be related by the new default PHP version on our servers. I have changed the PHP version for your account to 5.1 which should solve the issue.
Issue has now been solved. Any idea why the new version that the uploaded would do this. Is it a conflict with raven nuke? I know Ped had me install raven nuke before he did our site?
anyways thanks for the help guys nice to have a place to go and get help!!

I presume you are on a shared host, this puzzles me as I'm not aware you can mix and match PHP versions between accounts. Some hosts do allow you to use either a PHP 4.x or 5.x version.
I am inclined to think they made an error when rebuilding Apache and missed some none default settings. I'm using PHP 5.2.3 without any problems.
