open up block-UR_Info.php and see what is on line 187, its calling a function called strtotime()

im presuming its some thing to do with time...

After futher inspection of this issue,I found that we can only send PM's to Staff and other Admin (no other members).This is the error I get when that happens

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@theelitenoobs.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Did the error just occur randomly like out of the blue? If so why not just upload a fresh copy I have found that to work even with a block!

Isn't enough for us to just knowwhat the resolution could be. We did not write the block after all, if you can find out who made the block by either its copyright or in the install notes then you can contact them and i am sure they will be able to answer your query Wink

after all they wrote it.
