Ah ok

thats called the AUC hack/mod (Advanced Username Color) its in our BBToNuke back in the club along with a few other nice things that will work with the AUC

Once added you control it from the forums admin, you have to manually add users though and set up the groups, it would be very cool if it was possible to add users after a certain amount of posts/points !

but thats not an option !
