first, lets start with the ShoutBox...the problem is because of 'Ajax' the shoutbox 8.5.2 or above is using a combination of Ajax and a load of Javascript....Its actually not the Shoutbox, its the another script in the header thats nulling it out!

Took me 4 days to find it and Evo still cant figure it out....so good luck with that ill never tell till Tecnocrat gets off his ass, and qhits making NEW bugs before Fixing the Old ones! ( Popularity Contest Suck! )

as for copyrights in footers....

there are supposed to be 2 copyrights showing in the footer of EVERY nuke Distro..

1) Copyright PhpNuke < with link back to phpnuke.org

and usually the Distro wants a linkback so

2) Powered By: ENTER DISTRO HERE <with link back to site

Themes usually display some .gif image somewhere on the front page..its actually up to THEM to insert the image, and if they dont..its their Loss but its NOT required..however, the overall_footer.tpl requires the Theme Desinger Link back and the PHPBB linkback which doesnt make sense to me because most Nuke Distros use NukeBB which isnt the same as phpBB..only originated from it.

By all rights, you DONT have to display the 30 lines of copyright information, so longs as the words 'phpNuke' & 'Distro-Name' with link backs are displayed....nothing can be done or said!

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!
