installed coppermine

when i go to upload

i get: sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures

Coppermine has lots of security risk in it. I would uninstall if I was you.

I think gallery 2 is fine, but its a pain to integrate with nuke.

Can't remember the site, but just nuked gallery in google.

floppy I take your comments very seriously. what are the security risks? is there a way to use it that is safe? besides gallery 2 which you and other is a pain to integrate to phpnuke what can I use? what do you recommend?

Gallery 2 is the bigger risk of the 2.

Use Coppermine and get the most updated version.

Anytime you allow people to upload anything onto your website you are opening the door for trouble. If you are that worried you probably shouldn't be using anything with a database and return to xhtml or something like that. Of course that's not totally fool proof but then again what really is?

Coppermine is the better program hands down, last I saw there is an updated version of 1.4 out there somewhere. I had the site but dont recall which one it was. Try the official Coppermine site first and then branch out your search.
