nuke sentinel, is the best security obtainable on any Nuke CMS...your not going to be able to find anything better, not that there are a lot of options available.
Turbo Platinum, because its new, most developers wont comment on about its integrity. Typically speaking, Platinum uses both 'Protector & Nuke Sentinel" combination as a security system, unless your able to find a download of the new Fusion Security system that was developed through FutureNuke.com
Fusion Security System has a lot of bells & whistles and added features, however its got its share of problems as well.
My suggestion:
If your going to use Nuke Platinum, use the version associated with the real developers version at www.futurenuke.com . ( Not that i would EVER recommend Platinum to anyone )!
You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google!
No Copyright, no support either!

Hi there guys, I found this by a link a user posted on my website, I am the webmaster and main developer at computersmoding.com now known as turbo-phpnuke.com.
I am just happy to find out people are talking about my site, lol.
turbo platino, yes, its based on platinum from futurenuke.com, it started as a spanish support site to platinum, but I kinda got tired with the unsolved bugs, so I solved them myself, mostly, then I added many mods an improvements, eventually I came with the idea of release it under my "label", currently we are working on version 2.1, wich is basically a fix pack for bugs and security.
Developing a php nuke version, takes a lot of time, not to mention money on hosting, for me its just a hobbie, I canīt compite with the pros, but I take the best things and make them work with turbo, improving them sometimes.
the other guy was right, sentinel is the bomb, there is no user manual for it, but if you take the time to learn and configure it, it rocks, you can even set .htaccess proteccion.
I am developing and giving support for the spanish world ( that will explain my bad english ) but if I can be of any help, I will be glad.
take care bros.

well shit...now i have to give my opinion on the development team...
Bro, its great to see SOMEONE pick up the Platinum Project....Lord only knows the Incompetent bags of shit from Futurenuke have no idea what in hell they are doing aside from post a lot of BS News about whats ( Soon To Come )...Its been that way for almost a year now when the development Team couldnt get along with the Domain & Server Owners...
To See someone else pick up the project is kind of a relief! Although, i probably wouldnt agree with any aspect of 'Additional' features being added because Platinum is so overly packed in itself already, Maybe you can do something with the CMS to rebuild the reputation it currently has.
In any aspect, i wish you the Best of Luck, in the future as your probably going to need it, considering what your up against!

!
you are right about is so overly packed, we are also working on a lite version, with only the basics, cause many users canīt afford a host with that much needed space.
I downloaded the last version from futurenuke, before it was shutdown because was so buggy, seems promising, if they ever come up with a fixed cms, then perhaps I will take it, and see what we can get.

B5 version was only buggy because it wasnt:
1) Fully integrated
2) Incomplete
Most of the new 'Forum Features' where NOT completed from B4, so when B5 was release they simply installed mods to a system that already didnt work.
It wasnt difficult to fix B5 version it was just time consuming.
I would suggest contacting the following people for more information on the B5 version of Nuke Plat...Last i heard and seen, they had B5 version fully operational with a few minor bugs left.
