Shop Purchases:WOW Wrath Of The Lich King Theme
I installed this block and everything appears in the admin section to configure it. I entered my information for my vent site and I just get an "OFFLINE" inside my block. I edited the /includes/ventrilo_status to 777 as stated in the instructions but still no go. I got another block to work using the block-Ventrilo_Status.php from my Vent provider. I was just wondering if this version is bugged or if anyone else had problems installing it.

Hi mate

I had the same thing with this block; just showed offline all the time. Did a bit of Googling and found out the port your vent uses has to be opened on your webserver. I contacted our site host who agreed to do this. I gave him the port number our Vent used and he opened it.

It still didn't work. I asked him to check, he did; the port was definitely open and clear. Block still wouldn't connect.

Because we have a very nice host, he opened all the ports just to see if the thing would connect and it did, finally, work. That meant he needed to open a different port to the one our Vent server used and, possibly using black magic, he worked out what port it was. Our vent server is now up and running but it is purely down to us having a patient and very kind webhost.

So I doubt it's not working through anything you've done wrong. You just need to start talking to your webhost Pint

it works well in my nuke but in the area of top a divicion shows me since itself does not adapt well to the block

I cannot seem to get this to work. it keeps saying it is offline anyhelp? I have filled everything in except I havent set up the colors yet, and i can't get it to display my server.

you have to put well this route in your configuration
