How do I make my RavenNuke/Crysis theme Website so that it requires administator approval in order to register on the website? right now it only requires email validation.

I am sorry that this is an older post, but will that work with phpnuke 8? from the reading it was only suppose to work with 7.5? And if it will now, would you know of anything else that will work close to the same for 8? or idea of what else to look for?
I ask because I am having users that do the email verify and they are not getting the email, and I need to remove their info so they can try again or have the same feature where it will send the email again, since trying to reg again with the same email gives an error.

Just some additional information, I download cnbya and tried it on my test server and it looked like everything was working, the only think i noticed is that the admin box was just text. All I did was copy the contents of html over to mine, and then run the cnbya.php file and update to 4.2 and it seems to be working.
this is working using phpnuke 8.1 and from what i have read its only written to work with 7.5, so i dont know if I will be having problems later or if this one was updated and just not documented. But I wanted to pass on the info I have.
