i have 2 members that cant log on to the site.every time they try they get ACCESS DENIED.they have try ie and fox fire.i can how ever log on useing thier user name and password.so it must be a client issue i am thinking.anyone have an idea what it could be.

Sounds like a cookie issue, get them to clear there cookies and temp files and try again. The only other thing is that nuke sentinel have banned there IP's

You can remove this by going into the .HTACCESS file and deleting there I.P's from it and also in the nuke sentinel DB table. Or if you dont wanna go messing with your DB go into Nuke sentinel admin area and look for "banned IP's" does the exact same job as if u were going into the DB lol

not sure on the proxy.has for the nuke sentinel i dont have that installed yet.

all cookies have been deleted.and the .HTACCESS file is empty.dont appair to be any baned ips.
