Well, more and likley they have proxies, your best bet is not to run the forums so all can see, If you want you can run a block that will show the last 5 post on your forums, but its best to have your forums set to registered inside the Nuke CP, in the modules section. As for setting Sentinel, I would at least put the Proxy blocking up, at least to medium. The IP's of the people, if thats all they are doing then I would bane them, just 1 less proxy for them to use, ban them through Sentinel.
A basic set of rules that I wrote up and using on my site, as well as I think 4 other sites is as follows, saves a little time. I did leave in all the BBcode...
| Code:
|
It's pretty basic.

1.) Rules:[/b][/size][/color]
1. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting.
2. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.
3. Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Only do this if a moderator team member has not replied within 6 hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who consistently "act" as moderators may be warned.
4. Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning.
5. Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, cracks, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed.
6. Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline ([IMG][/IMG]) image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.
7. Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emotions, large, small or colored text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned.
8. Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, solicitation etc. Recruiting of any sort (moderators, designers, professional MOD work etc.), be it for paid or unpaid jobs, is not permitted either. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed.
9. The Site Admins and other teams reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users.
10. The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging.
11. Putting up post that can become a political and/or racial war is forbidden. We here are all as equals and no matter who you are or where you are from this type of behavior is not tolerated and may lead to a warning.
12. Asking for any type of chemicals, such to make explosives or any other such illegal matter (including how to make any type of weapon) will be an automatic banning and a report to the U.S. government along with a copy of there post and all available IP addresses we retrieve, and trust me we have ways to get your real IP if you are trying to us a IP Masker. IP maskers don't work everywhere, remember that.
13. No double posting for the same issue. There is no need or no call for it ,so don't do it. If there is already a thread for it then use that or use the search button at the top of every page. You should do a search for all post before creating a thread your self.
[color=red]**NOTE**[/color] Even if you are in a different country charges can be brought up for attempted terrorist act. We are an online gaming clan, and we do not tolerate behavior like this.
[color=red][size=24][b]2.) Policing[/b][/size][/color]
1. These forums operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offenses in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days. Depending on the severity of the reprimanding temp bans can be longer.
2. Arguing with admin/moderator after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put in place as above.
3. Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the relevant team leader, e.g. if warned by a moderator you should contact the admin. If they feel you were treated badly they remove a warning. If you feel their decision is also unfair, then you may contact the Site Owner. Their decision is final. Contacting Admins members over warning matters should be done so as a very last resort ... Admin members do not want to be bothered unless vital.
4. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new email account of evade an email ban.
5. An exception to the three strike rule applies when users contact team members personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.
6. Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While [HS] may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence.
[color=red][size=24][b]3.) Avatar's[/b][/size][/color]
1. Avatars are a privilege, not a right.
2. Any avatar exposing graphic nudity, cartoon or real is not allowed and will come with a warning and a removal of your avatar.
3. For animated avatars, anything displaying profanity will be removed and come with a warning.
4. All avatars are automatically resized.
5. Any raciest avatar (even if it doesn't' offend you, it may offend others) will automatically be removed. Warning MAY come with it depending on the severity of the offense.
