That is correct, it is Gotcha's site. If you want to try it out and see what its like, you can go to my site and log in and it's in the left navigation. I have had 15 people in there at one time and they all agreed that they liked it. I am hoping Gotcha upgrades it a little, I threw some suggestions on his site for things i like to see added, I hope he takes me idea's into consideration.

The diffrence between 'Flash & Ajax' is browser compatibility...

Ajax is often accompanied with JavaScript...and has notoriously been bashed by Nazi Controlled Browsers..like ( Internet Explorer ). For Good Reason depends on the persons point of view. ( Javascript is often the method of Choice for Browser high-jacking )...
Typically speaking, ( Requesting your clients to enable or Disable Browser features is often frowned upon )

On the Flip Side,

Flash requires a ( Flash Player ) plugin wish is common in most browsers...but, flash has much more potential to be used for malicious activity.

As for Developemt, Ajax is simply a way of updating content without refreshing the page... An example would be the Ajax Shout-Box available through out Nuke currently which allows a person to submit a shout and not have to reload the page to view the new content.

As for Flash, it has the potential to communicate with SQL database through PHP code so session control can be separated per file as apposed to per script.

Hands Down, the development for 'Flash Chat' has more features then other chat scripts which include OS Chat. Flash chat installation allows the same script to be installed ( Stand Alone ) or ( Nuke Integrated ) which isnt common in PHP scripting. Not to mention the ( Integration ) is literal and can be used to display ( Users Avatar, Email, Rank Icon or whatever one choses to display while in chat room).

To answer ( Whomever that previously asked ) Yes Flash chat can be operated as a module. ( The block is used for nothing more then a ( Who is in Chat ) display...but Its most commonly used in a 'Pop-Up' window to allow a person to navigate the website while in chat.
