Member Application Module by 'Tim' at http://www.dbfdesigns.net/

Direct URL to read about this Module: http://www.dbfdesigns.net/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=42

Personal Note: Bro...this is one of the better modules supplied through out the nuke Community in my opinion!

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!

Shop Purchases:
Enemy Territory Theme (Aviator) for PHP Nuke · Clan Roster 2.0 · Call of Duty 5 World at War Splash

it is, I am currentally running one that is a little more advanced then the ones he has out, I guess you can call this one the beta version of his next release.

well..Tims 'Pro' version has the Ultimate Features...but i wouldnt suggest it for a clan Recruitment form.....

The added 'Bells & whistles' are a bit much for Clan needs...BUT...if you have a site dedicated to something like a support system, or require a very wide array of question and attachment types..the 'Pro Version' is the best available to nuke!!!

why not Bayler, It did give me the choies to have two forms for my two games in my clan instead of one form for two games,

but you might know something, that might be a better thing for us Rolling Eyes

Im not saying that the Pro Version wouldnt be of Use...im stating that the Pro Version would be Over Kill of your needs!

Your better off using the Basic Version, and simply donating a few bucks to his development!

the Basic version, you can make As many 'Forms' as you like...

1 for each game, 1 for every day in the week, 1 for every pair of under ware in your drawer!

My clan Also Plays Multi Games...So for Ourselves, we where having a problem with Users selecting the Correct Form to complete because each Game has somewhat different requirements, so i built a 'Gateway'...

Because people dontseem to like to read of follow 'instructions' the 'Gateway' was built as image based to make it as easy and understandable as it can possibly be:

Example: http://www.texasmilitia.com/modules.php?name=Gateway

So far, we only get a few incorrect Forms ever so often( 1 every 2 weeks ) as opposed to 4-6 incorrect submits per week....
