No m8 you have nothing to worry about there, we don't host other peoples commercial scripts in our club.

he was sharing our clan roster ! the idiot even claimed it as his and renamed it to PNC clan roster !! thats respect !

i have all of his subscribed files if you wanted something specific ?

They had thousands of dollars worth of 'Stolen', 'Ripped', and 'copyright infringed'....it was only a matter of time before someone shut them down..It just so happened to be us this time around!

I dont feel sorry for you the least bit, but in all reality, you where well compensated with your access to a lot of illegal files!

Good Piece of advice.... ( Spend your money wisely )!

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!

I can't get enough of you guy/s here. I am pretty sure only 2-3 people are perticipating(including me and this is my first post) in this thread, rest of them are just dummy or same person posting using different nick names.

First of all, PHPNUKE-DOWNLOADS.COM is not dead. Nobody shut us down. We are only moving our server to new location. It might take few more days. All our Subscribers will receive additional days added to their account. I won't even bother explaining myself regarding this illegitimate claim/dipute that has been started in this website by the administartion of the Clan-Themes.co.uk.

Seems to me, that if your actions where 'Legal' then why did 'Godaddy' kick you from their domain forwarder ?...

could it be as the email stated ( Illegal Activities ) ? or maybe My email reads differently then yours....

its not 'Down' ...hmmm..seems like its down to me....

Believe, we have no doubt that you will reopen sooner or later..and we will be working on your new ISP...
Hell, your even going to make a few bucks..but ultimately, ever ISP, and Domain Register you move to, we will be right behind you submitting the information to your new server providers !!!

The best part about it is, ( Godaddy.com ) is backing us, and willing to supply any information required to your new ISPs!

I couldn't agree more with bayler on this subject

The email i got from godaddy clearly stated they have taken action against you.

You are a fool to yourself, it wasn't just clan themes that submitted copyright claims against you it was 5-6 top phpnuke sites...

And like Bayler says, if you continue to share other people's files then we will continue to submit take down notices against you...

The only solution to this problem is to for you to stop distributing other peoples work.

Your entire site was other peoples work, i just don't know why you don't make something of your own and contribute to the community instead of steal from it.

You could also argue that clan themes does the same in the club... there are NO purchased commercial downloads in our club, and if someone contacted me asking to remove it i certainly would respect there wish and remove the files, not like you who submits a counter copyright claim and says its yours.. thats just unbelievable and typical of a slime bag...

Thats all i have to say on this subject...

Sorry guys, i misintertpreted the topic. I am site admin at www.auwsquad.com and only just subscribed to phpnuke about a month back as i was looking for some stuff for the site and expected to find something. 11 files, that had no use to me, felt robbed right there. We got the crysis theme and roster from you and may i say how please we all are at -AuW- with the products :) I was unaware that phpnuke were distributing illegal files and ias a result of this i will no longer deal with them :)

Just out of curiosity anyone reading this thread, does anyone know a good lawyer/solicitor on obtaining a court order against a website ?

I have contacted one in the UK, but i just want to see if i can do it via the US as it would be alot cheaper for me

I would really appreciate some good links or numbers from all our US members so i can get some realistic prices, i don't mind paying ... i just want a good job doing !! Nerd
