Anyone wanting to submit a copyright claim can do so by contacting abuse[@]infinitetech.in (remove the [ ] from the @ in the email addy ) i will keep this thread updated as to who is hosting him and who to contact.

Whats the update on this topic guys? The site design is good but it still needs work in order to showup properly in internet explorer browser.

Whats the issue in IE ?

His current host is saying that none of our files are/is hosted on there site/server.

I have a few more approaches yet, just wanted to get Clan Themes up and sorted first

Ped - do you have a pro-forma you are using or could you send me a copy of one of your mails to the host?
Seeing as so many are issuing copyright notices, I thought it might be nice to atleast have some of the communication in a common format.

For the record, the email 'format' I used is my own and has nothing to do with anyone else. I have my own formats for things like this and for reporting DMC to Google to get sites dropped from their index and such. Oh, I took care of those two pages for you, they should be dropped within 90 days. I did say that I would take care of that for you seeing as you were kind enough to drop the pages my scripts were on to save you the trouble of those pesky 404 'page not found' errors. So you see, I'm a man of my word.

I would also like to explain to those reading this that the reason I did not post our communication here as you asked me to do is quite simple. I have better things to do with my time and quite frankly I didn't want other people making judgements about you and start flaming you or anything - but it seems you like that sort of attention.

You threatened me initially when I made the first complaint to your host warning me not to make any more complaints "or else you will be sorry". Unfortunately I saw another script of mine on your site so I made another complaint to your host as is my legal right. If you had stopped to consider for a moment that if I complained about one of my scripts being on your site, I was surely going to complain about another there would have actually been no need for me to make another complaint to your host. So, in actuality, my second complaint was your fault as you did not exercise common sense. I don't mean that disrespectfully or anything.

I do appreciate you giving me all these "warnings" although I am still confused as to why you would be so upset by something which was your own doing. After all, I understand it is not the first time you have had copyright or other infringement notices served on you through your host. Did you not stop to think that if it was wrong and your hosts (all of the various ones you have had) were going to uphold those complaints then something is clearly wrong with what you are doing and you shouldn't be doing it - or did the $$ blind you to that?

Personally, I have no beef with you. I complained about my scripts being on your site, those scripts were removed and that is the end of it as far as I am concerned.
Of course if you wish to continue making remarks on this and other sites, please do not hold me responsible for other peoples opinion of you.
Some people 'do' whilst others just mouth off trying to make themselves look big or justify their actions - personally, I'm the 'do' kind kind of guy.
Maybe next time I'm in Canada we could get a beer or something.

Sounds like your saying it is our fault, astalavistabd. It seems simple to me man, remove the CT content and we quit bothering you. It just is not much more complicated than that. I will keep pressing until you do as I know it is my right.

So the deal is, you remove our WoW theme and I will leave you alone. I will have to double check with ped, but I think that is our only concern. You can keep your hacked up version of clan roster as you are actually promoting 2.0 and it is GPL anyway.

1) Clan Roster Module Pro
2) WoW Lich King Theme

You probably forgot, i told both of you (and ped) that there will be no deal with your guys anymore (after so many times i warned you). I don't know what deal you are tying to make with me here!!? hilarious....lmao

P.S. By the way, i hope admin of the website will stop this thread. If you guys have an ounce of brain in head, you should figure out by now that I am not the one who is harmed by this discussion. If someone is getting harmed, it's Clan-Themes.co.uk. Besides, you do not want to make the above file list longer, do you?

This thread will forever be open until our issues with you are resolved. It is in no way hurting us to discuss this problem. I will continue to put all my efforts and free time in too making your life miserable. I know you will continue to do the same for me. From your response, you seem to have some personal vendetta against us. That is not the case on our side. I don't hate you or what you do, but I do hate the fact we could not come to an agreement. You so far have shown that this will not be settled between site owners and must be escalated to higher powers.

You also appear to want me to bow down to you as if you have won a war that has no such thing as a victory. Constant battling from both sides has no positive outcome for either of us. However, I will never give up if that is what it takes. This is where I start to lose you, I am asking you to remove one file and save us both time. It means I don't have to continue to shut down your services and you don't have to continue to re-open them. So my question to you is why? It just seems like common sense to me man .

This is not a battle of ego's and we are not measuring dicks. You seem unwilling to resolve this between us and that is where I get lost? Why? Why did we stop making "deals" as you call them?

Yes we did, you initially removed them, 2 weeks later i got an email from a friend telling me you added them again, so i emailed you again and you told me to "go screw your self" hence why i submitted the copyright claim.
