Ped,
Lonestar relayed information to me that you had in the past had their site shut down for re-distributing your work...I too have just reported their site resulting in a site shut down as of ( March 11 2008 )....
Turns out, they where back online with the removal of your copyrighted scripts and images within 14 days....Im guessing it will be the same process im going through... However, GoDaddy (Their Host ) claims ( Sticked Punishments by Service Termination ) for repeated Copyright Violation Complaints...
Ive added you to MSN...im thinking that maybe if we get together and submit our complaints to GoDaddy Copyright Complaints, that we can Permanently shut that Domain and Service down for repeated Copyright Infringement Violations...After All...if they have done it with you...and now they have done it with me...that to me screams the definition of ( Repeat )!!!

well..it appears his site is back online, but is now no longer allowing downloads to MILPACS.... so on my end..all seems well...HOWEVER, Ped, your 'Roster Module" appears to be available for distribution but with under the guise of a different name...
If you need help dealing with this let me know...id love to kick this punk in the testicles!

Ped, you can re-submit a claim for your script, even if its simple ( Renamed ) to something else...
The Claim is submited as ( Your Property ) not as a Claim on 'Title' )....
I am moving forward with Civil Action Against this Person, however its going to take time, first, i have to obtain information of his Physical Address and Location to properly have him served!
