in the ACP, go to the POT and edit in the "Edit settings" At the very bottom, below the image directory, where you see the image directory, which should be already at "images/PlayerOfTheMonth/", but below that section you see it say image. you can browse you computer for the image you like to have displayed, or what even easier, is I went through my phpMyadmin and went to the table called nuke_potm_settings or potm_settings, and open it up, (Browse), and open that up and edit it, you will see the last section for it is called potm_photo, put in that section "potm2.gif", but with out the ""'s. If you cant figure it out, I am sure someone can write up a simple sql injection for you use to add the image.
One recommendation I will make for the developers, is to add an option to change the image with one that is already in the image folder of the site, instead of browsing your computer.
