I'm not sure if this is the right place for this post but here goes. I just a few minutes ago purchased the Call of Duty Ulimate theme. During the download I had an isp disconnect and the downloads failed. When I went back to try to get them I got a message stating I was not authorized to download them again. Am I just out the money or is there a way to get them.

I got the downloads. Thanks for your help. Another question. I thought I followed the instructions correctly. The problem, the theme is there minus all the images. I see the images in the extra file download but no instructions on exactly where they should be. All the other themes I have used were in a themes folder, just upload it to the themes directory on the website and the images were already there and I was good to go. This is the first theme I have used where the block, header, foot ect. images were not in the themes folder. Any help would be great.

All you need to do is put the images folder into the main theme folder for that theme ie themes/Aviator/images there wont be an image folder in there so just upload the whole image folder and its contents. They come seperate for copywrite purposes (i think) :)

Sorry it took so long to get back. Yes right after I made my last post I took a look at part two of the download and took the images file and added it to the theme/cod4 folder. Everything is working fine and I very much like the theme. Thanks for your speedy and great customer support. Your site and themes will be highly recommended by me.

I emailed previously about a similar problem i had with my module i downloaded. Story is a little different tho - but same idea - can't get access to the download i paid for. IS there any way i can have mine reset too - check your email admins for my reasons for the problem.

If you have simply lost the files then thats not our fault, and you may have to purchase the script again or make a small donation for our time trying to find your purchase details and resetting everything.

Hey,

I admit i do not have the orginal file i downloaded a while ago, (at the time of purchase). But, after a long time of not having this modue - i wanted it back, came on the site, and attempted to download the file, for the 2nd time...which accorded to the download counter is allowed. But for whatever reason, not by fault of me, the download crashed and i could not redownload the file again. So, i ask again, is there a way this could be done - i would be willing to donate, say 1/4 of what i paid for the thing originally, but i will not pay $20 again for what i already bought and had a right to.

You only have 72 hours to download it, you downloaded it and lost it, hence thats not our direct fault..

If you would like to re-download it. please make a small donation for our time in resetting your purchase
