How to move some block to header for example Info block with login or match status?Is there posability to do that??

You don't have to put the block there.
You just have to add a login form there.

Its not that easy, the easiest way would be to have a look at a block that has the code in and use that code in your header/footer

Probably because its a php file.
I've made it in to a html file now.
Now it should work.
