Explaining further. As a matter of fact, it would be simpler to understand if I say I wanted to accomplish that task in basic HTML of PHP. For one thing I don't need to look for extra softwares to write it. I hope I'm clear.

i was affraid you would say that...

so now the next problem is ( Browser Compatibility )

is the basic html tag to play a sound clip as a background sound...however, this will probably only work with IE browsers...Firefox most likely wont play the clip.

this is why most designers and developers use flash to embed sound to a background.

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!

Then what is the best choice then? Or what are the other web designers normally use? I really need to know this. Or could you point me to any sites that provides tutorial on this?

Designers are mostly using Adobe Software such as ( Flash 8 ) to build flash files...
Because of its multi cross browser computability...hands down..it just doesn't get much better then Adobe..

My best suggestion is: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/?ogn=EN_US-gntray_prod_flash_home

Downfall is its expensive.....good news, there is more then likely a few 'Key Gens' to activate a trial version ...but those topics wont happen on these forums.

Once you've obtained a .FLA editor youll have to learn action scripting which isnt too far from PHP scripting just different preset functions.

Shop Purchases:Enemy Territory Theme (Aviator) for PHP Nuke · Clan Roster 2.0

For my splash screens, I use a flash player that is hidden. You wont see it but you will hear it, and it plays off a normal MP3. But I did it this way so I would have the issue of browser compatibility, also it was made with flash 6 plugins so most people that been to a flash site in the last 2 year's should already have the plugins for it.
