OK this is how I add staff members:

Go into Admin panel (www.yoursite.com/admin.php)

Scroll down to "Modules Administration"

Click on "Staff"

Click on "Add Staff Member"

You MUST Fill these in like my example:
* Name: DoC
* Alias (Optional): Haxx0r Noob
* Website (use http://): http://www.pd-inc.co.uk
* Email (or N/A): james_dunford@msn.com
* Since: 2008
* Position: Forum Admin
* Description: New Forum Admin

Click on submit

Then this should show:
Success!
The following was entered into nuke_staff:
id = '3' AND name = 'DoC' AND website = 'http://www.pd-inc.co.uk' AND email = 'james_dunford@msn.com' AND des = 'The New Forum Admin' AND since = '2008' AND alias = 'Haxx0r N00b' AND photo = '' AND rank = 'Forum Admin'

You must fill in all fields or it will not add the staff member, and going via the admin panel is the only way to add staff members

Cool, you have it working. I have one which is a forum mod, wasnt sure what you were looking for. Yours sends more detailed so thats great.
