Is it for NUke already or just a stand alone PHP Script?

You could try using the Module Maker in Nuke Tools. then pasting the code that produces into a blank .php document, save it as index.php or whatever you want. Make a folder in your modules folder (but make sure there are no spaces in the name of the folder) then upload all to your server into admin active the module a voila should be up and going.

If its a stand alone module then it would have to be ported to Nuke.
