Not sure how to explain it but i need a module that an admin can use to see what his/her registered use can offer. Lets say there is an admin section that would be used to configure the questions kind of like that MA module. You run threw make your questions hit save now any one that logges in has access to the questionare that was just created. The user answeres the questions (SIMPLE YES NO QUESTIONS)
It save to a Database with the user name. Back to the admin side of things now we have a page with a search box that lets the admin search for one of the questions then diplayes eveyone that has answered yes to that question.

It would be easier to design the module with the questions hard coded into the module. I don't think anything like that exist though.

Basically it would be a custom form and on the admin side a search a feature. It would take roughly 2 hours to complete and I charge $25 an hour.
