Not for free that I know of. Either you pay someone to do it, or find someone that is willing to do it for free, which there aren't many that I know of, or you do it your self.

Like I do all my own graphics, but it takes a while to learn and the program I use cost allot of money. There are free programs like Gimp, but is not easy to learn.

I use Fireworks 8 mostly. I do have Gimp and Photoshop CS3, but I really dont use that unless I am editing .dds files for COD4.
