have you not tried opening your your header.php in the root of your site, find

echo"<head>";/n (or very similar)

after you have found that type

?>

then cut and paste the .js code, ie whats inside the .js once you have pasted the code in close it again with

<?php

save and upload..

I like that snow script, but i don't like how it gathers on the bottom of the screen.. gets a bit annoying after a bit

Yeah I noticed that as well Ped, there is an option to turn it off:

Code:
var snowCollect = true;

Yet if you put false to this or null all it does is leave a very small trace of snow @ the bottom of the screen and continuesly replaces it with every one that drops to the bottom. It does help if you find that your site is going slower than normal. Good job its on for only 30 days lol!

w00t 26 days to go :P :P :P

Post Snow & falling snow on my theme ??? Posted: Sun Dec 02, 2007 10:17 pm

Well fellas I need some help. I am using fisubice as my default theme. It only has a header.html file, no header.php file. Inside this file, there is no head or body. Not even any arms or legs...lol sorry couldn't resist that lil feeble attempt at some humor. I have followed the instructions and still cannot get it to work.

Open header.html and in the <head> section (the head section is normally at the top of the html file, if it hast got one add it) you will need to add ...........

I added that to the very top of the header.html and it will still not work. I put the other files and folders where the istructions said. i believe the problem lies with the header.html.
Can someone see what where this needs to go in fisubice?
Thanks in Advance.

Hear is the original script..

you would include it by using

<script type="text/javascript" src="PATH TO SNOW JAVASCRIPT FILE HERE"></script>

Fantastic guys thank you all for all your help.Now if you guys are still feelling helpful i was wondering if it is possible to get the snow to fall only from the top right down towrds the bottom left or the top left down to the bottom right but only one.NOT so when it reloads it changes direction i would like it to only flow in one direction speed and angle dont matter but the one direction is vital.
As usual many thanks in advance for helping and showing an interest.

***Im not asking for someone to do it for me but to help me by giving me the knowledge on how to do it myself by showing me what places i need to edit(if i still cant do it then yes please can some one do it for me Very Happy***

The snow looks great on your site - thanks for the js upload.

Now - if only I can figure out how to change it up to show drops of blood running down, instead of snowflakes..... hrm.....
