Hello, I am a previous customer of your nuke themes and 'The Club.' I want to join the The Club again, but I am hesitant to do it because I am not able to download from your site now. When I attempt to download items from your Downloads module, I get this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/Downloads/fileuploads/UBDefault.rar on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This error occurs for any download I select. Plus the site is still deducting points from my total even though I get this error. Thanks for your help in this matter....as I am a happy customer from the previous products and would love to spend more money here!

I did two things: 1. I listed your site as Trusted in my firewall utility: 2. Adjusted the download and security properties in my browsers to recognize your site as trusted.
