Not sure if there is one out there already or not, but there used to be a mod for phpbb forums (which I can't find now) for changing the colors of the ADMIN and MOD ranks as well as ADDING new ranks if you wanted to. I used to have it on an old old old board, but it is long gone now.
Anyone know if there is a MOD out there to change the colors and add more forum ranks liek that, or is it hard to make one?

Yes i know the mod your thinking of, i think there is a huge pack containing 100s of phpbb mods in the downloads section. Costs 800 points worth a look.
Ill see if i can find that particular mod alone for you.

Well, I am a club member but it takes knowing the file to know which one of the MANY to download....heh
Are you talking about this one: BBToNUke Pack
And when it says BB toNuke does that mean those are files that were made for PhPbb and now it is converted to be used on the php-nuke portals? I just want to make sure before I go f-in' up the boards.
