Forgive the spewage of forum posts, but it's awesome to actually find a site where people actually RESPOND to posts!! :D

I have been asking these questions on various forums for about a week now and usually never get a response...

Anyways... Right Blocks in themes...

Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve a massive amount of php editing?? Maybe something universal thru the root theme.php or whatever that will work with all themes?? I have googled a few bits of info here or there, but they seem to be specific to one theme or another or overly complex.. I have admin'ed a PHP NUKE server before, but never actually started one up from scratch.. So I am kind of learning as I go..

Any assistance is appreciated..

Are you wanting to disable right blocks in your particular theme, or are you having a problem with them not showing. Depending on your nuke version and if it happens to have chatservs patch equipped with your version of nuke you will have to make a simple edit in your theme.php it's not all that difficult. Anyhow you can find a tutorial here at clan-themes that will explain step by step how to do this. Just look in the Tutorial Section

Thanx for the reply..

What I am looking for is to have the right blocks. It seems that nearly every theme I have chosen doesn't allow for right blocks. And with all the new and nifty doo-dads I have found here on this site, the left block area is gettin' pretty full.. :D

I am running PHPNuke v7.6 Patch Level v3.1 on a Fedora Core 6 Linux box...

I'll check that tutorial section..

I tried that. Unfortuanatly, it didn't make any difference.

I still had...... er... wait a tic...

I guess before I declare it doesn't work, I should actually HAVE a block activated on the right, eh??

Color me embarrassed...

funny it seems a lot of themes have the right blocks disabled.
