Hello,

I have had 2 people now tell me when they click on my site, they get a "bad IP" error screen. I have cleared the bans just incase but they are still not able to connect. Any ideas on what to look into??

If you are using Nuke Sentinel on your site, the IP the person is trying to connect from may be blocked. You can take that person's IP and enter it into the "search" block on your site in Nuke Sentinel and it will bring up categories and show if that IP is in any of them.

Then you would have to delete that IP or range to allow that person to connect to your site.
