Sticky news is mod I created for Clan Themes so people can read certain announcements that we wouldn't like put on the back burner so to speak.   This could be a welcome note or a short list of rules.

I wanted something that set these kind of things apart and maybe grab your attention a little more.  It was either this or naming my news title "FREE NAKED WOMEN PHOTOS".
