2.5.06 CHANGES (2007-03-02):
+ Includes IP2Country 2007-03-02 updated imports.
- Both data and sql versions. (Not in upgrade package)
+ Updated XSS filters for https:// and http://
+ More html complaince changes
+ Corrected a problem causing valid ip users to be tagged
as invalid users
+ Other minor code changes

As always this includes the latest IP2Country Updates.
