After more then one week of closure, the site has re-opened.
After discussions with the staff and with some potentential buyers I have agreed to a deal proposed by Rob the owner of AreYouServed.com. The transaction will be made on July 17th. I will introduce Rob to the management of the site and assist him for a transition period. All the current staf will have the chance to meat him on the forum.

PHPNUKE-CLAN.NET will continue to provide support and developement services for PNC, Squery and Vwar. I know some people have been trying to distribute and provide support of the scripts on other website, but its without our approbation.
The only official service for the PNC script are on PHPNUKE-CLAN.NET.

More news will be coming soon, check the news! Thank you for your patience and your support.

We have contacted all staff by PM. Please reply to it, we want to know who is in the team. Also if you were not a staff member before and you want to join the team, contact "CrazyCrack" or "administrator" by PM on http://phpnuke-clan.net.

I have had some discussions with the New owner and he seems like an intelligent and decent guy. There may well be a brighter future for PNC yet. As you say we will see. Poor guys got a lot of work ahead of him though.

PNC needs a fresh start and a complete rewrite of the distribution wouldn't be unheard of. VWAR just needs to be thrown away or completely rewritten.

Rewriting VWAR LOL! If you have not looked at the source lately its a mess. It would be easier to write up something new vs fixing the old.

Agreed. Vwar is a nightmare. I got so tired of the hack attempts on it, I began fresh with Raven a few weeks ago.

I think PNC is good for beginners to PhpNuke and Clans.... i.e. learn by your mistakes and all that ! i loved it when i first installed it when i ran my clan site some 2 years ago, until we started to get hacked over and over again !

Im not really sure if there is a need for PNC no more ? the only thing they can offer is vWar and i always tell my clients not to bother as its hack mad... and they respect me for that.

Agreed. In order for PNC to bounce back they will have to offer more security and something else nobody else can. VWAR is not that something else haha.

Yeah I worked staff there and I begged and pleaded to get everyone to drop vWar and start something new from the ground up but for some reason they were stuck on it.
