Hi my name is Justin and I have been gaming since the first unreal tournament came out, that was one of the first games I have ever played and that is what got me hooked to online gaming, I was playing console games long before that. I played ut for about 2 years and then got into Medal of Honor allied assault, I started a clan called [Valhalla] in late 2001 for mohaa. We started out with 8 guys and joined OGL and became number 1 on OGL for a while. After playing mohaa for about 5 years the clan moved onto bf1942 desert combat mod and then to bf2, we joined bf2 Special Forces ladder on twl 5 v 5 and became number 1 on that ladder. We planed on joining Cal for bf2, at the time I just got married so I wasn’t on as much so allot of my members left and started a clan called team binary. SO we combined with another team what was left of us and finished 16th for bf2 cal O. one of my members [Valhalla]Marduke loved CSS zombie mod so he decided to get a zombie mod server and from there we grew fast in CSS members came flocking in so we currently have ladders on twl and are in season 8 of Cal O.
I like to play fps games I currently play Day of defeat source, Counter strike source, half life 2, Striker, MOHAA, MOHAAPA, I really never got into the RPGs or the real-time strategies.
We currently have 3 servers which are all Counter strike source servers Cal match server 206.123.125.101:27016, [Valhalla] clan hide and seek mod 66.135.39.155:27015 and regular map server 69.9.46.163:27015, you are welcome to join them.
[Valhalla] currently has 29 members, not all of them are active all the time but we defiantly have a good group of guys and that is what gaming is all about. Some of the members have been with me since the clan started; I live in Florida and flew out to meet the clan which most of the members were in Canada. That was allotting of fun to play on LAN against guys you have played with for 5 years.
The clan plans on moving to medal of honor airborne and quake wars if it doesn’t bomb, I plan on running the clan for a very long time and hopefully we will see another 5 years of gaming as a team. We will continue playing counter strike source but I am hoping Medal of Honor airborne turns out like mohaa and we will defiantly be on the first season of cal for that game.
When I first started the clan I had my friend build me a website in PHP, it wasn’t the prettiest website but it was functional at the time, so I decided to teach myself html and PHP-nuke. After building a couple html websites for the clan I decided to build my first PHP- nuke website, it took me about 3 tries to get everything going but it was well worth it. It was a lot of trial and error on my part. I have to say out of all the websites I searched for PHP nuke themes you have some of the best themes around, just wish you guys were located in the us so we didn’t have to pay the currency difference. Your website helped me in many ways for the great CSS theme I bought from you to the modules and blocks you have in downloads for free. Also you have a great team to answer questions in your forums.
