Since their were so many structure errors with previous versions and new request for features, I decided to start from scratch.

Smarty Template System
As mentioned above the Smarty template system is a huge bonus for the roster project and opens a whole new set of doors for owners.  Specific to PhpNuke, you can now have a different roster template for each PhpNuke Theme you have.  It also allows you to make simple changes to your layout with just a little knowledge of Html.

Fixed the Admin award ribbons and edit member
Combined the hardware and user profiles into one edit page for both User and Administrators
Fixed the complication with users not being able to see their "edit profile" link
Added a sorting system for Ranks Admin
Fixed the Admin side of "Edit User Ribbons" so they could award or remove many at one time.
Fixed Ribbons Admin to avoid any complications with adding new ribbons

Final Notes
A full upgrade from 1.7 is included with the installer.  The only exception is members will have to add any personal pictures again.  I don't think that is too much to ask.
